Little Pulp is a Collaborative Art Studio & Printmaking Workshop for Kids, in Queens NY.

Started in 2017, Little Pulp was supposed to be a temporary pop-up, for a few months. Due to the positive reactions from so many in the community, we kept it going – figuring it out as we go, renewing each year. The studio has become a unique space where kids can open up and express themselves individually (with their own printmaking projects) and collectively (by working on our collaborative paintings and papier-mâché sculptures that exist throughout the 3,400 sq.ft. studio.

In the summer of 2025, Little Pulp moved to a different location within Atlas Park – and the move has put a strain on the business – forcing Frank to make some tough decisions. Most likely, the sutdio will shut it’s doors in May 2027- which is why Frank is now focusing on coming into the schools – as a teaching artist – bringing his love for sketchbook and daily doodling to kids throughout the New York City area.
